Seventh Annual Benefit for Atlanta Community Food Bank – Goal 25,000 Holiday Meals

Atlanta (September 28, 2007) – Nourishment VII, the seventh annual cocktail party benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank will take place on Saturday, November 3rd from 7 to 10 p.m. In past years, more than 300 attendees raised 20,000 holiday meals for those in need and for 2007 Nourishment VII has aimed even higher with a goal to raise 25,000 meals for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Hosted and produced by Dorothéa Bozicolona-Volpe and Bondgirl Productions in conjunction with Alston-Dixon events, Nourishment VII invites revelers to enjoy music from a favorite Atlanta DJ, DJ Swivel, a complimentary Peroni beer, plenty of raffle-giveaways from local restaurants and businesses, and a silent auction from over 100 sponsors, an exhibition of mixed media works by visual artist Robert DeLoach in gallery of Opera Atlanta and much more.

“Nourishment VII is a great example of community spirit. It is amazing what great things can happen when people pull together,” says Janice Reece, Marketing and Projects Director, Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Cost:	Admission is $20 or 5 items of canned and/or boxed non-perishable food. Please visit the Atlanta Community Food Bank online at www.acfb.org for helpful information on what food items are most needed.
Who:	More than 100 sponsors donated items for raffle giveaways and the silent auction for Nourishment VII and include some of Atlanta’s most notable restaurants, spas, designers, retail outlets and businesses.
